Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: You can sign up for email notifications to receive 10% off of your first purchase (we’ll email you the code). We update our social media regularly, so we recommend that you follow us on Instagram to stay up to date on new sales, products, etc.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we do! You can get free shipping on any order over $50 (before tax) that’s shipping within Canada) and $150 (before tax) that’s shipping anywhere outside of Canada. We also offer free local pick-up from Delta or Surrey, BC.

Q: What are your delivery times?

A: Most items are ready to dispatch within 2–3 business days (the only exception being backorders).

Standard Delivery Times are as follows:

  • Canada: Regular mail can take up to 6-10 business days. Expedited mail can take up to 2-4 business days.
  • U.S.: Regular mail can take up to 6-15 business days. Expedited mail can take up to 3-4 business days.
  • Everywhere else: Regular mail can take up to 14-21 business days. Expedited mail can take up to 5-7 business days.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to hygiene reasons, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for clothing items. See our full Returns and Refunds Policy. Do keep in mind that we are a small handmade business and products will inevitably vary.

Q: What size should I purchase?

A: We try to be as accurate as possible with sizing. Find our full sizing chart. Keep in mind that you may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash. Our advice is if you’re unsure between two sizes, choose the larger size to be on the safe side. Kids grow 🙂

Q: How should I care for my shirt?

A: Our shirts are made from 100% Cotton. We recommend machine washing inside out on cold with like colors, do not bleach or dry clean, do not iron on design, and dry on low heat. For best results hang/lay flat to dry.

Q: When will I get my order?

A: Our order processing time is 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday. You will be emailed once your order has been processed and shipped. Your actual shipping time will vary depending on where you live and your selected shipping option.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We can not guarantee order changes or cancellations. We are only able to change or cancel an order if it is still in the processing phase. Our system does not permit changes once we have processed your order. We recommend canceling your order through the portal and if unable, email us at maandma.ca@gmail.com immediately to request a change or to cancel an order.
